Twisted pair of heavy duty power leads.  These charging and power leads have two copper cores which are bedded in a TPR material - TPR is a thermoplastic rubber that has the melting and molding properties of plastic, while maintaining some of the flexibility of rubber.  This is then covered with PU.

The coiled design allows a safer option in busy working environments than traditional straight cables.
